We are a locally owned and operated event planning business based on the incredible Mornington Peninsula, specialising in both live and virtual events.

Founder

The founder of Functioning Together, Paula Creek, is a successful event planner with over 20 years of experience organising and delivering events.

Based on the Mornington Peninsula, Functioning Together was established out of Paula’s love for everything events. She doesn’t see what she does as work, it’s her passion!

This love for events also sees Paula volunteering her time to bring numerous community events to our local residents who are facing social isolation or hardship.

Supporting local businesses and suppliers is also a key focus for Functioning Together.
